Terms & Condition

1. INTRODUCTION

The Meadowbrook Maintenance Membership ("the Membership") is a structured equine therapy plan provided by Meadowbrook Equine Therapy ("the Practitioner")

By enrolling in the membership, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

The membership operates on a tiered subscription model:

Foundation Plan - £22 per month
Performance Plan - £35 per month
Intensive/Rehab Plan - £55 per month
Each plan includes a defined number of treatment sessions per 12 - month period, as outlined at the time of sign - up.

3. MINIMUM TERM COMMITMENT

All memberships are subject to a minimum 12 - month commitment from the date of enrolment.

Early cancellation before the end of the minimum term may result in:

payment of remaining balance for the contract term, or
forfeiture of unused treatment entitlement (at the practitioners discretion)

4. PAYMENTS

Membership fees are payable monthly via standing order or Direct Debit.
Payments must remain up to date for Membership benefits to continue.
Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of Memebrship.

5. TREATMENT ALLOCATION

Each Membership includes a fixed number of treatment session per year.
Sessions are allocated across the 12 - month membership period.
Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing by the Practitioner.
